You bet! And yeah, absolutely. I would try the cleanse out one or two times and see how it goes. Global Healing Center (look them up on google) also has good advice on this cleanse. I just wouldn’t go and do the cleanse 5 times back to back like I did… While you are doing the cleanse I would temporarily stop the vitamin E if it has soy or any oils in it. The idea is to limit fats/oils as much as possible so when you introduce the olive oil it shocks the GBlad. MSM is good on
