If an external hemorrhoid becomes strangulated cut off from blood supply, a clot can form in it and become an excruciatingly painful thrombosed hemorrhoid.
There are many hemorrhoids home remedies available for people who do not like to resort to medicines to solve their troubles. Hemorrhoids are usually caused by swollen varicose veins in the lower rectum area that tear due to highly pressurized bowel movements. This is typically as a result of being constipated.
In my humble opinion, the best of all hemorrhoids home remedies is to simply eliminate the constipation through some easy dietary modifications. One of the main causes of constipation is the lack of sufficient fiber in your system. Eating more fresh fruits and vegetables will help. Stay away from canned vegetables and fruits as they are typically packed in oils and preservatives. Purchase more leafy, green vegetables from your grocery store's produce section. If you must cook the vegetables, always consider steaming first but try to eat raw vegetables whenever possible. Stay away from boiled vegetables if you can since nutrients are lost during the process.
Stay away from sugared soft drinks as well. Try to drink more milk, water and fruit juice instead. Natural drinks like this assist in the regulation of your body temperature giving your veins more opportunity to heal. If it's just not financially possible to get freshly squeezed juice, pay particular attention to the bottled juice labels. Make sure you are only purchasing fruit juice that's 100% pure. Lots of bottled juices may claim they contain "real" fruit juice but upon careful inspection of the label you will learn that there are other additives and preservatives in there as well. These chemicals do little more than allow products to sit on store shelves longer and sometimes reduce your body's ability to absorb nutrients and fiber that is important to healing your hemorrhoids.

Wow! Orange juice should never have a funny smell. It's true that it might have more pulp, but the texture of yogurt is telling you it has spoiled. I would take it back and just ask for another. You should not have even tasted it, but since you have and are not immediately sick, probably no harm done. My theory is "When in doubt, don't" usually works in a problem like you have encountered, especially when it comes to something you eat or drink.
My guess is that the mfg. machinery put way too much pulp or it was at the end of a "run" on filling the containers and it was mostly pulp without any juice.
Hope your are feeling o.k.
