This may sound like a joke but i can assure you it is not! I have been squatting for months now and i can’t believe the difference and how much better I feel. No more bloating, less time spent on the toilet, no more straining, after years of painful hemrroids they are actually almost completely gone and don’t cause me any discomfort anymore. I can’t believe we have not been educated on the benefits of squatting because it makes such a difference. I am a very happy squatter

It is probably just a hemorrhoid, and so long as it is not bleeding or painful, can be left alone. However, unlikely though it is that you could have cancer there at such a young age, you would probably be smart to just have it checked out. Think Farrah Fawcett!
At the very least, you should have a doctor take a look at it (I know, I know it's one of the examinations a person least wants to have done, because I've had it done myself!) if it shows any signs of bleeding or changing size.
