Internal hemorrhoids are usually painless, although they sometimes cause discomfort and bleeding if a hard stool rubs against them during a bowel movement.
Many people are suffering from a hemorrhoid problem. It is especially common in pregnant women. Having hemorrhoids is a big embarrassment and a very difficult situation. Some people think that having hemorrhoids is just a natural kind of illness and they think that it will heal by itself with no need for a cure. They don't know that some hemorrhoids can even cause death when left untreated.
Hemorrhoids are largely due to inadequate fiber intake and lack of water. Certain conditions, such as chronic constipation, high blood pressure and excessive consumption of alcohol or caffeine can also cause the problem to occur. Hemorrhoids are abnormally swollen veins that are usually junctions in the rectum and anus. They are very much like varicose veins you might see on a person's legs. When bulging hemorrhoid veins are irritated, they cause surrounding membranes to swell, burn and itch. During bowel movements, increased force is required to force the stool through the tighter sphincter. The anal sphincter is the muscle that allows us to control bowel movements.
A particularly hard stool passing through the anal canal will drag the hemorrhoid downward. Having a hard time during elimination affects the supporting tissue that is responsible for anchoring of the hemorrhoids to the underlying muscle of the anal canal, causing it to deteriorate. The hemorrhoid tissue loses its mooring and slides into the anal canal.
Having hemorrhoids is never easy. It is totally uncomfortable, very painful and you are physically affected. It hurts to walk and it hurts when you are sitting. It manifests by bleeding and pain. The bleeding is usually seen after bowel movements, and can be seen on the toilet tissue. You may feel the hemorrhoid protruding when straining.
There are two kinds of hemorrhoids -- external and internal.
External hemorrhoids are painful, burning and itchy. If an external hemorrhoid becomes strangulated (cut off from the blood supply) a blood clot can form in it and become an excruciatingly painful thrombosis hemorrhoid. Because of this, external hemorrhoids get the most treatment attention.
Internal hemorrhoids are not painful or itchy. You can't feel them because they are deep inside the rectum but they are still bleeding. Internal hemorrhoids are not so harmful and can actually go away on their own, sometimes, but they should still be treated because of the possibility they will elongate and start to protrude from the anal canal.
You need to first find the cause of your hemorrhoids and stop it. Treating hemorrhoids themselves is pointless if you keep re-creating them. First you need to take away the symptoms of pain, burning, and itching. And second shrink the hemorrhoids. Pain medicine should be used for aching, but burning and itching respond best to surface-acting creams and suppositories. Soaking the rectal area in hot water in a shallow bath is good. Wash your rectal area with hot water after each bowel movement. And use bulk laxative fiber to soften stools.
Here are some hints that could help you from having hemorrhoids.
1. Always stand or walk at least five minutes if your job requires constant sitting. Try to shift frequently in your chair to avoid rectal pressure.
2. Exhale as you strain or lift. Don't hold your breath.
3. Control coughing, diarrhea and constipation with early treatment since hemorrhoids may soon follow.
4. No reading or relaxing activity while you're on the toilet.
Maintaining good bowel habits and softer stools should be you first priority. Drink enough water and eat foods that are full of fiber to get away from hemorrhoids

Normal: Systolic under 140, Diastolic under 90
Borderline: Systolic under 160, Diastolic under 95
High Blood Pressure: Systolic 160 or above, Diastolic 95 or above
so your first number is systolic and second = diastolic

I just had this procedure done two weeks ago. Normally, they do one at a time and I had 9. Let me tell you….no walk in the park. When you have that many done at once, the pain is unreal. I’m still not able to work and they are keeping me off for a 3rd week. But, considering the pain I was in prior to the procedure, I’m hoping that it’s better once everything is healed.
