However, I heard that people can break the attraction to unhealthy foods without genetic interference. In caveman days, our ancestors were drawn to fatty foods as their bodies weren't used to getting three square meals a day. We can break this behavior by eating regular portions of healthy foods, to show our bodies a famine will not happen. Most of these things you mention can be changed without interference, so, no I do not completely agree with that. It also seems wrong - we were made the way we were for a reason.
