There are two types of hemorrhoids: internal and external.

There are many simple natural hemorrhoid treatment methods that can cure your hemorrhoids, or even haemorrhoids ( medical terms) or piles. 1. Drink plenty of water. About 8 - 10 glasses of water a day. This is to kind of keep your stool soft so it doesn't rupture any veins and cause bleeding during a bowel movement.

2. Cut down on spicy, greasy and processed food. Better still avoid them if possible or until your symptom is better. These will aggravate your haemorrhoids even more.

3. Eat plenty of green vegetables, ones that don't cause a lot of gas, and cutting back on foods you know will upset your stomach, can help relieve the causes and symptoms.

4. Eat plenty fruits and diet high in fibre.

5. Avoid taking pain killer containing codeine as these are the sources of constipations.

6. Do not spend too much time sitting down and also on toilet bowel ( especially reading as well!) as these position put quite a bit of pressure around the anus area which could make it worst if you have hemorrhoids already. Only sit for three to five minute for a bowel movement and don't wait until the last minute as sometimes the body tend to have a temporary or false constipation and by the time you want to, nothing comes out (I know, I have done this before).

7. Do not lift heavy equipments/loads when you have hemorrhoids as this put lots of unnecessary pressure down there and will make it worst.

Adjusting your daily habit and diet can make your hemorrhoids better but require time. As advised by doctors and nurses these are often the main cause of hemorrhoids ( haemorrhoids) or even piles.

For faster hemorrrhoid treatment, there are many over counter piles cream such as Anusol, Witch Hazel, which can cure some of the less severe case. If applied to the effected area, it can provide a quick relief for the pain, swelling and itching of your hemorrhoids.
