I have been told A typical cells where found during a pap test and I was wondering what that means?

I went to the doctor about two weeks ago to do a normal pap. I had a baby in december and this is my first since then. I had my tubes tied during my c-section. Anyway I went to the doctor because I had been having pain in my lower abdomen and also my period was like 3 weeks late. My symptoms are late periods,extremely heavy bleeding during period, light bleeding between periods, discomfort during sex, prolonged hemorrhoids, frequent urine. I have to go back to the doctor for more testing next week but I was really wanting some insight to my problems if anyone can help.

Irregular cells are usually nothing to worry about..... but they will run another pap on you in a couple weeks to make sure that they are no longer irregular.

It is rather typical for women to have an irregular pap especially after giving birth.
