I highly recommend you use Tuks medicated wipes as well. They really help. I have had the banding done as well. This helped, but I still have them.Don't forget to drink plenty of water and eat plenty of fiber as well. Colace is useful too, this is a stool softener. Just check first with your doctor before taking this if you haven't had the baby yet. Some people are just prone to them. I sympathize with you. Good luck!
