*TMI warning* Hemorrhoids and that fun stuff after giving birth?
I had a baby a week ago. I had hemorrhoids during pregnancy that were slightly enlarged during the pushing stage. Now I have some slight fecal incontinence as well. Did anyone else have this? How long did it last? Did you need to have your hemorrhoids surgically fixed or did they go away on their own? I've been doing exercises...doing them as I write this, lol. I've been eating lots of fibre as well, so I don't strain to poop.

don't worry hun, been there. the incontinence goes away, you are doing all the right things with diet and excercise. just take it easy on yourself, don't go overboard and get that well deserved rest you need right now. it takes a little while.
as far the hemorrhoids...they get a little better, but not always. i still have one from my last son and that was almost 3 years ago. my doc says nothing to worry about as long as they are not bothering me too much.
