Since you have a medical diagnosis, your doc has devised a plan for you, right? Has told you about the importance of keeping stools soft (can get a stool softener over the counter, Colace). Told you about the occassional bleeding, told you about pushing it back in when it comes out to eleviate the pain, told you about high fiber necessity.
