hard inflamed Hemorrhoids, really scared plz help!?
I have a cluster of hemorrhoids, I had them for a very long time and they are only getting worse!
they’re inflamed and I’m scared that they will burst or worse.
I dread everytime I have to do a BM
I know I have to drink more h20 and fiber which I did.
I am 19 and am not sexually active.
I have tried putting witch hazel on a cotton ball and keeping it at the area, even overnight, it works for any itchy pain, but not shrinking them.
I do not have health insurance, and I do not have much money. I would be way too scared and embarrassed to go to a doc anyway.
I know there’s got to be some home remedies or something, I just don’t know what things I should try because they aren’t minor or small ‘roids

Don’t worry I was also scared about them possibly bursting, but my Mom reassured me that it is just discomfort and they won’t burst. It is just that they are so inflamed that it feels that way.
Well I would get some Prep-H or a store brand, also buy some medicated wipes, it’ll help with the pain and discomfort you are experiencing. Hang in there you’re doing good by drinking more water and eating fiber rich foods.
