Ginger is another noteworthy medicinal herb. Ginger is quite efficient as an anti-inflammatory agent as well as a cure for motion sickness and nausea. This is another medicinal herb that is also used for cooking. It has basically no adverse side effects when used for nausea and also to treat laryngitis. There may be a problem with ingesting too much ginger for a prolonged period of time since this can reduce the blood's ability to clot.
