This way you can get out into the sun to warm your body and your spirits.

your skipping too many meals. By depriving your body of food it goes into panic mode so when it finally does get food it stores it as fat almost immediately because it doesn't know when it's gonna get more. Eat breakfast, there has to be something you like. If you can't eat a lot in the morning, do you workout then to build and appetite. Fruits and veggies. LOTS of water. And take walks. Rollerblade. Swim. At least 45 min a day
